Stadium raised bowl

Inspired from a texture that is often found on modernism architectures. The two-piece form of this raised bowl is simple and elegant, directing attention to the timbers used. While simple in shape, the form of raised bowl and the colour contrast between bottom and top pieces highlight the unique grain and texture of the top timber. Those vertical lines enhance the depth of colour on its original material and give warm subtle lustre when the surfaces catch the light. The perfect object for a fruit bowl or ornamental enjoyment.
